Description
The Bridgetown Mill was built in 1704. It was owned by the Jenks family for over 100 years until it was sold in 1847 to Samuel Comfort. In 1876 the mill was sold to Benjamin Woodman and remained in the Woodman family until the 1950s. It ran as a grist mill until the 1930s. The mill and its accompanying stone house, built in 1791, are now part of the Bridgetown Inn, a restaurant and country inn in Bucks County, PA
